Every job photographed, because the finish is the point
Anyone can make a circuit work. The difference between a good job and a cheap one shows up in the things you can still see a year later: whether the accessories line up, whether the cable runs are straight and clipped properly, whether the chases were made good or just filled. That is why these photos are here rather than stock images of somebody else's work.
Domestic work across the Fylde Coast
Most weeks that means rewires, consumer unit upgrades, EV chargers and lighting schemes in homes from Lytham up to Fleetwood. Older Blackpool and Fleetwood property tends towards rewires and board upgrades; the newer estates around Thornton and Poulton lean towards chargers, garden rooms and extra circuits; and the period houses in Lytham St Annes are usually the feature lighting and full-rewire end of things.
Commercial and landlord work
Alongside the domestic side I look after shops, salons, guest houses and small industrial units: commercial installations, fire alarms, CCTV and landlord safety certificates. Work gets scheduled around trading hours wherever possible.
